1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.

2. Customized and Personalized Items
Each item is made to order based on customer specifications. This includes size, color, logos, team names, personal names, and other custom features.
Because these products are created uniquely for you:
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
• Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

3. Defective or Damaged Items
While all items are thoroughly inspected before shipping, we understand that defects or damage may occasionally occur.
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
• Notify us within 7 business days of receipt
• Provide photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number
We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, provide a suitable resolution such as:
• Replacement of the item
• Refund (in rare cases)
• Store credit
Please note: Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
