At Warrior Logo Wear, all custom designs are produced using standard industry practices to ensure the best visual appearance and print quality across a variety of garment types and sizes.
1. Design Size & Scaling
All artwork, mockups, and proofs are provided for general reference only and are not to exact scale.
Final design size may vary depending on:
Garment size (youth vs. adult, S–5XL, etc.)
Garment type and style
Decoration method (DTF, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, UV printing, etc.)
Production best practices
Unless specific dimensions (in inches) are requested and confirmed in writing prior to production, Warrior Logo Wear determines appropriate design sizing.
2. Placement Variations
Design placement (including left chest, full front, sleeve, back, etc.) is applied using standard industry positioning guidelines.
Slight variations in placement may occur due to:
Garment size and cut
Seams, collars, pockets, or obstructions
Human alignment during production
These variations are normal and within acceptable industry tolerances.
3. Mockups & Proof Representation
Mockups and proofs are visual representations only and may not reflect exact:
Design size relative to the garment
Placement proportions
Spacing or alignment
Final production results may differ slightly from digital previews.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork prior to production, including:
General design size
Placement location
Overall layout
If a specific size or placement is required (e.g., “logo must be exactly 4 inches wide”), it must be clearly requested and approved in writing prior to production.
5. Acceptance of Variations
By approving artwork and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Exact design size and placement are not guaranteed unless specified in writing
Minor variations in size, placement, and alignment are normal
These variations do not constitute defects
6. No Returns for Size or Placement Expectations
Differences in perceived design size or placement that fall within standard production tolerances are not eligible for:
Returns
Exchanges
Refunds
Reprints
