The best results require products specifically designed for the sublimation process. Material, polyester content, surface coating, color, shape, size, and construction all matter.

Higher polyester content generally produces brighter and more complete color reproduction.
Light-Colored Products
Because sublimation ink is transparent, white and light-colored surfaces generally produce the most accurate color.

Hard-surface products must have a compatible polymer coating designed to receive sublimation ink.
