At Warrior Logo Wear, we strive to produce high-quality decorated apparel and branded merchandise that closely matches approved artwork. However, due to the nature of custom production processes, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
1. Color Variations
Colors displayed on screens (including phones, tablets, and computers) may differ from the final printed or embroidered product. Variations may occur due to:
Screen settings and calibration
Lighting conditions
Fabric type, texture, and garment color
Ink, thread, and material differences
Decoration method (DTF, screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, UV printing, etc.)
As a result, slight color variations are normal and expected within industry standards.
2. Mockups & Proofs
All digital mockups and proofs are provided for reference purposes only.
Color representations in mockups and proofs are digital approximations and are not guaranteed to match final production results.
While we make every effort to represent colors accurately, variations between on-screen images and finished products may occur.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, including color selections, prior to production.
For projects requiring precise color matching, we recommend:
Providing Pantone (PMS) color references
Requesting physical samples prior to production
Additional costs and extended timelines may apply for color matching services.
4. Acceptance of Color Variations
By approving artwork and placing an order, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that:
Exact color matching is not guaranteed
Minor color variations are inherent in the production process
Differences between digital proofs and finished products may occur
These variations are considered normal and do not constitute defects.
5. No Returns for Color Variations
Color differences within normal industry tolerances are not eligible for:
Returns
Exchanges
Refunds
Reprints
By approving artwork and placing an order, the Customer agrees to waive any claim related to acceptable color variation.
6. Questions
If you have questions regarding color expectations, please contact us prior to approving your artwork. We are happy to guide you through best practices to achieve your desired results.
