Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Warrior Logo Wear, we are committed to delivering your custom products efficiently and accurately. Please review the policy below for details on order fulfillment, shipping, and pickup procedures.



1. Processing Time


All custom orders are made-to-order and generally require 7–14 business days for production prior to shipping. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to supply chain disruptions. Customers will be notified via email when their order has been shipped or is ready for pickup.



2. Shipping Methods


We ship using reputable carriers such as UPSUSPS, and FedEx, based on the delivery location and size of the order. Available shipping options and rates are presented during checkout.



3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with:

• The shipping carrier

• A tracking number

• Estimated delivery date


Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.



4. Shipping Charges


Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Large or bulk orders may receive separate shipping quotes.



5. Local Pickup


Local pickup is available at the following location:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.


Unclaimed Pickup Policy


Orders marked for local pickup must be collected within 180 calendar days from the date of notification. If the order is not picked up within this timeframe:

• We reserve the right to restock and resell the unclaimed items (if possible)

• The original purchaser will be considered to have forfeited any payments made for the order

• No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for unclaimed items after 180 days



6. Delivery Timeframes


Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses are outside our control.



7. Lost or Delayed Shipments


If your tracking shows a delivery but the item is not received:

• Check with neighbors, building managers, or the delivery carrier

• Contact us within 5 business days to initiate an investigation



8. International Shipping


At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping.
